The Practice is open from 9.00 am every weekday morning, and we have a late night, until 6.00pm, every Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
We are a very busy practice, so if you have to cancel an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible, as we can offer this time to another patient. There may be a charge for any appointment missed, or cancelled with insufficient notice. We always try to see our patients at allotted time. If you are kept waiting, there is normally a good reason. Please be patient with reception.
Estimates and Payments
If following a check-up you need further treatment, we will give you an estimate of the cost of your treatment. This may alter as your treatment progresses, or as the result of x-rays. We will notify you of any changes.
NHS charges are fixed by the government. Normally charges are due when treatment starts, or at the last appointment when your treatment is completed.
Please be prepared to pay when asked to do so. Credit & Debit cards (shown below) as well as cheques or cash are acceptable.
N.H.S Treatment and Costs
Some NHS patients are entitled to either full or partial exemption from charges. If you think you may qualify, please ask.
New regulations mean that proof of exemption must be shown at the start of each course of treatment, please remember to bring your notification or book with you.
